He has been into many positions: the founder and former Director General of the Emirates ID Authority, a former member of the scientific advisory committee of the UAE Space Agency, and a former Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on information technology. He has participated in the inaugural International Space University (ISU) Summer program held at the MIT in 1988. Currently, He is the director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, an adjunct lecturer of public policy science &technology track at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, and a visiting lecturer in Responsible AI in the course: AI in the cloud and Edge Implementation at Oxford University in the UK. Mohamed Jumaa Al Jneibi is a highly regarded Enterprise Risk Manager with over ten years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly within retail fuel distribution. He is known for his focus on objectivity and rationality, leading strategic and operational risk initiatives while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) standards such as ISO 31000. As an Associate reporting directly to the CFO, he led significant risk management initiatives. During his tenure as ERM Department Manager at ADNOC Distribution, Mohamed became a cornerstone of risk governance, successfully embedding risk frameworks across the organization. His leadership streamlined risk management processes and enhanced the visibility of the ERM portfolio. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Policy & Quality Analyst, he played a pivotal role in transitioning ADNOC to ISO 9001 standards. He reviewed steering committee terms of reference, evaluated Delegation of Authority parameters, and assigned new financial limits per management level. His proactive efforts earned him recognition from the CEO for four consecutive years (2011-2014) on the HSE reward scheme. Additionally, Mohamed’s meticulous approach as a Quality Analyst significantly improved ADNOC’s quality management system through rigorous auditing and compliance efforts across departments. His presentations on ISO implementation to senior leadership further demonstrate his deep understanding of quality standards. Beyond his professional achievements, Mohamed served as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Emirates Safer Internet Society (eSafe) from 2019 to 2024. In this role, he managed financial operations for projects aimed at enhancing digital well-being among children in the UAE. This included budget planning and coordinating with the Walt Disney Company for financial reporting. His involvement in the Digital Wellbeing in Early Childhood Project showcased his commitment to fostering safe digital environments through educational initiatives for parents and educators.

An experienced strategist and policy senior professional offering advisory services to relevant government entities, UN agencies, consulting firms and civil society organizations driving forward the social and community development agendas in the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Well recognized as a child rights and child protection advocate, she has extensive technical and managerial expertise in culturally diverse demographic contexts making sustainable changes in systems, policy and service delivery that are contextually appropriate, fiscally responsible, and evidence-based international standards for children and youth.She has conducted research on several issues including family violence, child trafficking and social inclusion of marginalized population groups. In recent years, she has worked with senior leadership in several UAE government entities developing strategic and business plans for prevention of child abuse, social inclusion of people with disability, social care and benefits services provision, human rights, and licensing and regulation of development professionals. She contributed to the country wide strategic road map for child protection, child rights law, federal child abuse reporting hotline, and a smartphone application for reporting child abuse.She has been instrumental in preparing the minimum standards child protection policy for schools, victims of abuse policy, family wellbeing conceptual framework. Her advise has been sought on ECD policy and legislative gap analysis, parental leave policy, family dispute policy, screen exposure policy and parent-friendly label policy. Her current work around emotional safety and resilience in the context of early childhood development and child wellbeing is notable. In her last assignment as an assessor,she was involved in evaluating and improving the performance of government entities. An ardent speaker, who has presented at several international conferences, she provides pro-bono advisory services to Emirates Safer Internet Society, a non-government organization in Abu Dhabi.
